Look for some input when motocycle camping, What food do you take and what do you cook with?

Interesting topic indeed, especially since it won't be long until we can get out & spend nights under the stars again. Here's the post w/ pics of galley.

- First thing... freshly ground coffee. Preferably New Mexico Pinion brand (pinion nusts roasted right in). Made with espresso maker or in REI french press type cup (see pics at link above)
- I tend to carry soups of any sort. Easy to prepare. Usually satisfying.
- Pop-Tarts go in the tank bag. Actually, they can be found there almost any time.
- I like to also carry cans of tuna fish.
- I often take along PB&J, either pre-made or small travel size plastic containers.
- Sometimes a bag of pretzel sticks
- Sometimes jerkey in the tank bag
- I'm looking at a water purification & filtration unit from REI so that I can use river/spring water if desired.
